Q. Do Casa Rocalta and Casa Luna share the swimming pool or deck space?

A. No. The two villas are completely separate. Casa Rocalta is built atop 25-foot boulders. Casa Luna is at ground level, surrounded by trees and tropical foliage.

 Q. How far is Spring Bay beach from the villas?

 A.The beach is less than a 2 minute walk on the private path.

 Q. What is the weather like during summer months?

 A. Temperatures vary only a few degrees year round. There is usually more breeze and nightly showers in the winter.

 Q. What is the best way to travel to Virgin Gorda?

 A. San Juan and St. Thomas are destinations for most major airlines. From there, commercial, as well as private charter planes are available to Tortola and Virgin Gorda.

 Q. How far away are grocery and other stores?

 A. Spanish Town (Marina) is approximately one mile away. Guavaberry Spring Bay Management maintains a small, well-stocked commissary near the villas.
